Baked Ranch Potato Wedges

Ingredients
  • 1 packet (1oz.) ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 6-8 medium red potatoes
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Rinse and cut potatoes into wedges.
  2. In a gallon size ziploc bag, combine potato wedges, olive oil, and ranch packet.
  3. Shake the bag thoroughly.
  4. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  5. Pour the contents of the bag on to baking sheet and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or potatoes are fork tender and golden browned.
